I was going to print the whole book, for further scrutiny, but decided that there was too many pages.  Pardon if I am wrong, but in my brief reading of chapters, I found no where mentioned who and how and why was the World created.

The brief bits I read, seemed to preach peace, so why do you have suicide bombers?   Do you have something like the Ten commandments with 'though shall not kill' (except in self defense). ?
